Card Vault Competitions Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England & Wales. These terms govern your use of our website and entry into any competition we run. By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms and the specific rules of each competition.

Entrants must be 18 years or older and legally resident in the United Kingdom, unless otherwise stated on the competition page. We reserve the right to verify the age, identity and address of any entrant or winner and to disqualify any entry that cannot be verified.

Employees, contractors and immediate family of Card Vault Competitions Ltd are not permitted to enter.

Entries can be purchased through the website at the price displayed on the competition page. Payment is taken by our payment provider at the point of checkout. Ticket numbers are allocated at random on successful payment and are visible in your account on the "My Entries" page.

A confirmation email containing your ticket numbers is sent to the email address on your account. Please check your spam folder before contacting support.

No purchase is necessary. To enter any competition free of charge, send an unenclosed postcard containing your full name, email, phone number, date of birth, address and the exact wording of the competition title to:

Limit one postal entry per person per competition. Postal entries must be received before the competition closing date and carry the same chance of winning as paid entries. We are not responsible for entries lost or delayed in the post.

Each competition closes at the date and time stated on its page, or earlier if all entries are sold. The winner is drawn at random from all valid paid and postal entries using a verifiable random method.

Winners are contacted by email and phone within 24 hours of the draw and announced on our Winners page. If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days, we reserve the right to redraw.

Prizes are as described on the competition page. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered unless we state otherwise. Prizes are delivered by tracked, insured courier to UK addresses at no cost to the winner.

Entries are created on successful payment and are not refundable once allocated, except as required by law.

If a payment is later refunded, charged back or reversed for any reason, the associated entries will be automatically voided and removed from the draw. Voided entries have no chance of winning and no ticket number will be reissued.

If we cancel a competition before its close, all paid entries for that competition will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity on your account. Please contact us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, breaches these terms, or acts in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful to other users. Any entries associated with a disqualified account may be voided without refund.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with any competition is limited to the amount you paid to enter it.

We process your personal data in line with UK GDPR. We use it to run competitions, contact winners, prevent fraud and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your data.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you enter a competition is the version that applies to that entry.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
